Direct debit failed

I have just had an email to say the direct debit had failed. Is there a way for the payment to be taken again?

Hi @abistapleton, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear your direct debit failed recently.You should be able to make a payment for the owed amount at plus.net/pay Alternatively, if you give our customer service team a call then they can assist you in clearing the payment over the phone. They can be reached on 0800 432 0200 and are available from Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:00.
