Hi,
I've tried having a look at my account but is there a way to change the date a direct debit gets collected/
I think I currently get billed around the 21st of each month ideally I would like to get the DD collected at the 1st of each month.
Any help is appreciated.

Log in to your account then select Billing and Payments.
Further down the resultant page there is a link "Change bill date"

thanks so im assuming the direct debit date is 7 days from the bill date?
