I'm still non the wiser. I think @HMD68 is just going to have to grin and bear it sitting in the phone queue to COTS. They should be able to answer his questions.

@HMD68 does not have a domain with PN - the only 'domain' SHE has is the one which facilitates HER email, as everyone with a PN email facility has - i.e. the '[email protected]' one.
