Hi all
Can anyone tell me how to go about deleting this account.
We are no longer with plusnet so i would like to remove my account from this community.
Can't seem to find any options in the settings.

Because it is my data and i have a right to remove it.
People need to take their personal data more seriously rather than question others exercising their discretion and rights.

@Anonymous Forum accounts do not actually get deleted, your username is changed to anonymous and all your posts remain on the forum. I guess you may not be too happy about this.🙄

No, that is broadly fine with me, but it depends what is retained in the background and for how long.
I'm sure Plusnet are happy to comply with GDPR on data deletion and justification for data retention so no issue there. Just need to establish how this is done.
Hopefully one of their helpful team will be along shortly to take care of it for me.

I'd be more than happy to action it for you but I also wanted to confirm that the advice given by @RealAleMadrid is correct, the profile would be changed to "anonymous", the posts and comments would remain, and you would stop receiving any notifications immediately.
