Hi, I changed broadband and phone line to bt last month but I'm still receiving letters from plus net for next months broadband, this should all be cancelled from my account but I don't know why it's not. Thank you.

Hi @Drewy87, thanks for you post and welcome to our Community.
On checking the account, I can see clear notes that you were migrating your services away but am also showing the account as active.
Due to this, another bill has generated. I've waived the amount from the account and arranged for the account to be shut down correctly.
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.

You have had issues with getting a bill stopped yet I can't get a bill for my services to figure.
