Hi,
My contract is due for renewal on the 26th April.
I would like to keep Plusnet for a couple of months while I await an FTTP install.
Will the contract now be on a rolling monthly basis and still require 14 day's notice of cancellation?

Hi there sp1ke, yes you're absolutely spot on for both account's there as the contract moves over to a rolling 30 day one if you don't renew with us and we'd still ask for 14 days notice to cancel. Which provider are you looking to move over to out of interest?

Thanks for the quick reply.
The provider is Trooli Fibre.
It's all still dependant on a site survey hence the question regarding the continuation of the Plusnet service.

FTTP install has completed now. What is the preferred way of contacting PN to cancel please?
I think I need to cancel by close of business tomorrow for the 14 days notice.

Hiya @sp1ke, thanks for getting in touch. To cancel, just give our Customer Options Team a call on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00

Hi,
I have just received an email saying my bill is ready to view, there should be no more payments being taken now.
I've logged on to the account but am having trouble viewing what might be there.
