Whilst it's the least of your issues at the moment with the phone, your order to migrate it over to us is still progressing fine and we're good to go for the 8th.

Hi Matty,
As promised, I'm bringing you an update and am pleased to tell you that the problem has been resolved. Engineers came yesterday and today, having found two faults on the line, essentially due to underground cables in a very poor state from rain entering the manhole covers. Repairs were completed late this afternoon and my friend has successfully achieved connection of my broadband and internet but setting up my emails he will tackle tomorrow. It is such a relief to finally be up and running and I would again like to thank you all for your kind assistance.

I had a feeling there'd be a phone fault but I didn't want to push it all at the fault of other providers.
