I took out a contract of broadband package on 10 March. First. I still haven't received a £75 amazon voucher. Second, I want to apply line rental saver is it possible?

As above regarding the LRS. It would take effect from your next billing date should you wish to take it out.
I have sent a chaser for the cashback. Apologies that it's not with you yet. As it's an email that you receive with a link on it, are you ok to check the spam box of your hotmail account?
