I have apparently been out of contract for a year paying over £12 extra a month, Plusnet said they’d email me, but it could of gone to junk file, yet every other email goes to my inbox? When I called them to help me they said they’d email couldn’t offer me anything apart from what’s advertised and not even a reward card, which is advertised, when I said I will look elsewhere the lady on the phone said, ok then! Is this what loyal, overpaying customers get? Absolutely disgusting!
