Compensation for loss of service

Can someone from Support answer a question for me, From the 31st of August until the 6th September I was without FTTC service due to an area outage, on Thursday 11th September I was switched to Full Fibre after an almost 5 month delay, and a new contract was started on the 12th, my upcoming bill is on the 20th will the compensation still be applied for the FTTC outage with the new contract ? Thanks for the info.

If it is on the same account - yes.

Re: Compensation for loss of service

Fix

@Terranova667 Hi there,

The compensation for the outage will be credited regardless if you're contract changes with us. It's all under the same account so you've no need to worry. The same lead time applies for the outage compensation just like your delayed provisioning compensation. So around this time next month you'll be due some credit.

All the best
