Charged wrong amount when renewed my contract

Hi,

 

From what I can see more and more topics are being created for the matter which is concerning...

I took screenshots from all resources to give you a picture of what happened and I would like to ask for help to solve this.

1. refund the delta between what I have been paying vs what I was charged while I was still in the ongoing contract and renewed it on time 13th of Aug with effective date 14th of Aug.

2. Confirm I will be charged with my new price which is 24.99 onwards instead of 26.53.

 

Happy to provide any further necessary information from my side to get it fixed. Thanks!
