Charged for calls we never made

I have now been waiting for well over a month now for someone to get back to me about my call charges from a crossed line! Been charged for calls we never made going back since October! An engineer has been to our property to confirm it was a crossed line. Been back on the phone 3 times now about a refund. Still no one can helpHuh This is a total joke!

**Is there anybody out there that can help me please?**

Thanks for your reply but this should have been sorted out with billing before now as I was told this the last time I phoned.

Back on the phone to plus net again tonight (waited 40 minutes to get through) only to be told no one there that can help, No one in the billing department!!! I have now been told that someone will call me back tomorrow about my refund. If no contact is made AGAIN I will phone back AGAIN!

From looking at your account I believe this has very recently been resolved.

We've issued you with the refund which you should see within 10 working days.
