Changing from FTTC + phone to SoGEA questions

If I move to SoGEA from FTTC + phone (I'm happy to lose my landline) will the change retain my DLM Stability/NGA setting of 'Speed' (see the table here ) that I've been on for several years without issues? Or will I need to contact customer services after the change to SoGEA?

Secondly, will I retain my Static IP when I change?

Thanks

@HTeeBee

You should keep your Static IP address but check afterwards to confirm this. If there's a problem phone PN ASAP.

As far as I'm aware the change to SOGEA shouldn't affect anything else (it's the same line) but once again, check.
