When I transferred to PlusNet, I was told multiple times by different people that I would be able to easily change my direct debit details once set up... Despite searching tirelessly and being in contact with customer service to request a direct debit form, I have still not been successful in setting a new direct debit up.
My boss kindly offered to pay for my internet once I started working from home. Could someone link me to the section in my account where I can change my payment details, or at least point me in the right direction to get resolved ASAP please.

@callumjamescole You can change your payment method / direct debit by logging into your account online and clicking on the billing tab or going here https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=mybillsandpayments
You may need to zoom out on your web browser. You should then hopefully see a change payment method button at the bottom of the billing tab.
