Changing Banks

I’m about to change my bank current account from the one my PlusNet direct debit is paid from. If I use the CASS switching service is that all that’s needed and will PlusNet be notified automatically. I seem to remember with the mobile service that you needed to also notify some other service manually to change their debiting or risk the payments not being taken?

Re: Changing Banks

Hi @quelquod

Looking online at this service, it does indicate that everything will be switched automatically. If you're concerned at any stage though, you're very welcome to call our team directly, and they'll be able to double check everything for you.

Re: Changing Banks

Maybe I'm just old school but when it comes to banking and the possibility of the things that may go wrong affecting credit ratings, etc I would check regularly that all Direct Debits, Standing Orders, etc have moved correctly.
