Helo, I want to change the name on my account. Please anyone can help with this?

As far as I'm aware an account name change can only be actioned after a name change due to marriage but, hopefully, a member of staff will be along shortly.

Either way - calling would probably be quicker as staff seem a little thin on the ground these days.

JOOI, would divorce, and a female customer wishing to revert to her maiden name also be grounds for an account name change?
