An error has occurred?

An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

I would like to make changes to my account but I can't whilst the above error is being displayed, apparently.  This has been going on for quite a while now.

I've looked into this for you and we're carrying out some work on your account to get this sorted.

As soon as we know more we'll let you know

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
