Change Direct Debit Details

Hi all, I am unable to change my direct debit detsils (I have a new bank account).

Using Chrome on Mac, when the option 'Change Payment Method' is pressed, the browser just returns to the home page.

When using Chrome on iPhone, the Change option is loaded, but all you can change is the Type of payment (Credit/Debit Card or Direct Debit). You can't change the Bank, or create a new one.

Where are you trying to do this - see Change-payment-method | Member Centre | Plusnet

One does not change the details, but rather sets up a new arrangement.  Do you see this...

On MS Edge on Win11 I found that the 'arrow' to open the options does not work, you have to click on the text "Select" to see the options.  The arrow worked fin on my iPhone.

Selecting Direct Debit and then next, took me to a page to enter the DD Mandate details, though page loading is clunky.

On the small screen layout on the phone, the form can be displayed overlaid by the black footer.  Rotating the device causes the layout to re-render and the form is disclosed.  I also found that whilst scrolling the page, the black footer might re-overlay and disappear again.  Looks like another bug in Safari.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
