Cashback

Hi, I signed up to 900Mbps FTTP, choosing Plusnet in part because of the £150 cashback offer, as featured on Money Saving Expert.
I've heard nothing further on the cashback although it's now over a month since I was connected.

Please could someone tell me what I need to do to initiate the cashback?

I see we sent an email to you on the 9th October allowing you to claim your reward card. 
This may have slipped into your spam/junk folder.
