I signed up with a £35 cashback offer on your website. I, like many people it seems, have not had it still. I was told last week someone would look into it on another thread but they never got back to me and now aren't answering my post. Is there a problem with cashback processing as this seems to be happening to many people? If so what is the problem exactly?
