Cashback Payment Delay

Well, I have been waiting on an £80 cashback from Quidco for signing up on February 15 that is overdue. Quidco say that they have chased Plusnet and are waiting on a "retailer decision"

If it has tracked, you should be fine.
As you can see here I also waited quite a while for the cashback to be confirmed.

It's good that it's tracked, but I'd actually like to get paid because I could do with the money.
Seems the delay is with Plusnet. Quidco's site says "The retailer is taking longer than expected to process your transaction. We apologise for the delay."

@barquerole I've now received a response regarding your Quidco cashback.
Unfortunately your account had not been active long enough and unfortunately just missed the cut-off, when the last batch of approvals was sent through. However it is now processing as expected, apologies for the delay.

Harry, thanks for this but can you give me an idea of when it will be paid?
I ordered the broadband and phone service to start on February 26, but delays through no fault of mine, meant that it did not start until March 17 and Plusnet acknowledged this at the time with an extension of the original offer.
Even so,. It's now approaching 2 months since the service eventually DID start, so this further delay doesn't sit comfortably with me.
