Cancelling account

Hi, I recently changed from Plusnet to another provider because they were no longer doing sim only. I applied for a PAC code and everything went through but I am still getting a monthly bill from Plusnet. Is there someting else I need to do. I tried phoning their customer services but gave up after half an hour
