Hi, did you manage to get them send your final bill? Seems that Plusnet do that to many customers, keep charging illegal monthly bills after they leave! I've been struggling to get my final bill for 2 months already, spending many hours on the calls and still no success. They also try to prevent you from registering a complaint.
