Can someone at Plusnet please help me cancel my elderly mother's broadband contract which is no longer of use to her. She is the account holder but unable to use the phone to contact you and there does not appear to be any simple alternative. I have a Registered Power of Attorney and can send this to you but don't want to simply email the document to a generic mail box without knowing that it will reach the right person. Thanks
