Cancellation fee

Hi, I ended my contract and closed my account at the end of May. I told them we were moving from the property so they can't send me any letters. I was told the cancellation fee would be taken from my account around 20 days later, however this is still yet to happen and I'm growing a bit concerned. Just wanted to ask here before I try phoning around for it, should I still wait and see if they take the money?
