I was not replying to your comment, but that in post #13, the one immediately before my post.  So there's no need for any apology … other than you thinking my reply was addressed to you!!  I did not quote the point I was replying to as I did not want the long arm of the mods grabbing my collar for quoting the immediately preceding post … Funny

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
