Got a renewal email, clicked on it and it says "You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress." Nothing has been done to this account in a year so I can't see why there would be anything in progress! I see Plusnet have sorted this for others. Hoping you can sort this on my account?
Haha, basically when you aded Plusnet Call Protect a while ago, our automated system, for whatever reason, didn't manage to place the orders on the line that included the features required for Plusnet Call Protect.
I'vejust done it manually though, so it should be sorted by tomorrow, if it's not. give me a nudge and I'll have another look.
