Broadband Compensation

Good morning,
I would like to ask when my Compensation credit will be applied to my account?
Instalation was completed on 09/05 so is nearly 30 days but I haven't heard anything yet.

Also I should receive reward card in 30 days but not come through yet.
I received email for claim rewards card but nothing since then.

Please help.

Welcome to the Plusnet Community Fora.

I ca';t comment on your reward card but the compemsation is applied within 30 days of the service going live, so not yet quite due. See: https://www.plus.net/help/legal/automatic-compensation/.

Note that compensation is only payable for a delay after you receive a confirmed appointment date and the appointment is missed or moved due to Openreach unavailability. It is not paid from an estimated or target date.

Hi @luk1c,

 

With regard to your reward card, I can see its been awarded, so it will be with you within 30 day of when you clicked on and filled out the form.

Refer to the previous post about the compensation, if it does pass the 30 days then let us know, we can check and see if you are eligible for compensation on that occasion.

I can confirm, still not received anything regarding compensation. I can see my bill has been generated today.
My activation was exactly 30 days ago.
