Blue Light Card Offers

I'm an existing Plusnet customer due to renew. I have access to the Blue Light Card Offers but can't seem to be able to use these when renewing my contract other than setting up an entirely new account.
Would it just be easiest to re-register with a new email and username to get the offer?

Re: Blue Light Card Offers

I suspect that it would open up a big can of worms and involve a break in service.. Why not ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and see what you can negotiate?

Re: Blue Light Card Offers

Has Plusnet ever given additional discounts to public sector workers?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Blue Light Card Offers

I think the discounts are offered via the likes of Blue Light Card and Health Service Discounts, sites. So its basically the same as the special deals on comparison sites and will only be available to new signups
