Billing

Hi I have missed my last bill (12-05), and cannot pay online, I have tried to call to pay over the phone, but after automated answering service the line hangs up, also tried plus.net/pay but get an error message. I also updated my direct debit details yesterday to another account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
