Please can someone get in touch regarding my account. This has been blocked via the website and app. I have been in credit for some time and no one has ever explained why. I would like to know what I have overpaid for and why I was not given an option of having a refund. The billing is difficult to understand and no communication has been made to explain the whole situation. I'm worried about my account and not being able to access anything - i just get the message " the account has no invoice in failed billing"
