Bill query

Just noticed that my bill for this month is over £10 more than my contract amount.  I can't seem to be able do an online chat,  What is the quickest way to understand why my bill has changed.  I am still in contract till January so surely it should remain the same each month?

A warm welcome to the forums.

When did your service start?  On a 12 month term, you will have paid the first month "up front" and then you make 11 payments at the discounted rate.  The 12th payment (month 13) will be at the full rate.  COTS is the best place to go to for this question.

Contact Customer Options Team (aka COTS)

COTs is the place to go to if you want to find out anything to do with your contract in respect of leaving, renewing or simply enquiring about early termination charges (ETCs). They have their own number and tend to answer quicker than the general customer service number.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
