I have moved to EE and my last bill from you PLUSNET was in credit. How will you return this to me. Will it be via my Direct Debit account to my bank account or as a credit on my EE bil?
If the DD is still in force, it will be paid back into the associated account. If it isn't, you will, eventually, get a cheque.
