Hi, I recently cancelled the BT Sport app, upon checking my bill I have been charged £5.00 for the app, even through I received a 50% off discount. Plus the billing period for the app it till 01/06/19 but I don't have access to the app now as it's cancelled. Therefore can you please adjust the charge, the maximum that I expect to pay would be the £2.50 that I have previously been paying. Thank You

Hi @Kimble1981, I'm sorry to see the pro-rata refund was not arranged at the same time the service was cancelled. This may have been due to the payment already processing, however I've made sure this has now been issued for you.
