Another Plusnet to EE migration Disaster

Hmm, well I called plusnet, and there didnt seem to be any reason why the migration got cancelled. 🤔🤔

Also said that my service would continue up until the end of my contract. 

All very odd really. 🤷

Glad I'm not the only one with migration-to-ee issues.

Despite choosing migration to EE in May 2026 and deciding to stay with copper ll and adsl until contract end  (in January) PN or EE have not been in touch to give me a date for transferring to EE. PN cust service know little or nothing about it and always confuse 'migration' with 'placing an order' for EE full fibre. They say they'll trasnfer me to the 'migration' team but they actually transfer me to EE who only want me to place an order for ff. Incompetent I'd say. Even the comms ombudsman was no help.
