When I attempt to manage my PlusNet account online, a message always comes up telling me that "An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."
But the thing is, I haven't got an order being processed. I have not made any orders since I joined PlusNet.
Please can you take a look at this and clear and clear any glitches so I can manage my account online? I simply don't have enough years left in my life to have to wait to speak to your telephone advisors...
