An error has occurred...


When I attempt to manage my PlusNet account online, a message always comes up telling me that "
An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

But the thing is, I haven't got an order being processed.  I have not made any orders since I joined PlusNet.

Please can you take a look at this and clear and clear any glitches so I can manage my account online?  I simply don't have enough years left in my life to have to wait to speak to your telephone advisors...
