An error has occurred You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in pr

Hi,

Our contract is just about to come up for renewal and when we log in we get the 

An error has occurred

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
 
Can anyone assist us with this please ?

@merarc You will need a staff member to sort this - the (supposedly) automatic method of clearing this message on completion of account changes is totally broken.
