Good evening. In need of a bit of help. Currently got the account restricted message appearing at the top of my billing page however I’ve got a direct debit setup and it was paid on time.
Bit of a pain as I can’t use my pc as it just redirects me to the plusnet login page as I’m guessing it thinks there is no internet. For a bit more context the internet is working fine on my phone, tv, Alexa’s etc. Moreover I cannot make any changes to my account as the account restricted banner keeps appearing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
