Account Summary is incomplete?

I was trying to find my current account details (which phone package, broadband etc).
The best seems to be "account summary"
(My Account > Account Summary).
"The Account Summary lets you see all the products and services you've bought from PlusNet ."
But it doesn't.
It doesn't list my line rental. Where do I find which line rental
option I currently have?

Agreed it's not easy to find...  I think the easiest(!) way is to look on your latest invoice. Try My Account > Account details > View Transactions and then click on the latest invoice number.
