Account Restricted

Unfortunately our account was a day late being paid this week, it should have been Monday but was paid on Tuesday. From yesterday we are getting  -https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=failed.billing.plus.net - on some sites but no on all. Can someone contact me to get this sorted please. 

I have waited over an hour on the phone to speak to customer services and your website appears to be down.

Please be advised that restrictions can sometimes take up to 4 hours to be fully removed off an account once the bill has been paid.
