£80 Plus Net Reward Card not received

My plus net broadband was activated on 27 March 2025 and I still have not received my £80 reward card.

Please can you help with this. My plus net username is dancekingdave.

I'm sorry to hear you have not received the Reward Card, I have now escalated this case to our Rewards and Cashback team to investigate, please allow up to 5 working days for a response to be provided and once received, we will contact you directly.
