Hi Peter, I'm sorry to disappoint but the way our cashback offers work is that we send out an email with link redeem it which expires after 60 days so that period of time has elapsed now.

I nave checked all my email folders and there is no email about claiming the cash back, don't understand why I should have to claim anyway you have my bank details!

Hi Peter, sorry to hear that didn't reach you. We issue cashback as pre-paid reward card rather than as a transfer to your account but we can agree to refunding £60 for you as records show that the offer expired around the same time that you first posted on here. The £60 should reach your account within the next 10 working days.

Thanks for your reply , it's been over 2 weeks since the reply and still no sign of the cash, is there a problem?
