£150 Reward card

Hi support team
My plusnet service has been active since March 2026 but I have never received the email promotional link to claim my reward card.

I have thoroughly searched all my inbox folders including spam and junk folders but nothing has been received from either plusnet or purecard.

Could a forum moderator please look into this on my account and escalate this to the operations team so a new claim email link can be manually generated and sent out to me.

I've looked into your account and it would appear you're not eligible for a reward card. Where did you sign up?

I signed up on line with plusnet - i paid to come out of my BT contract because the information said as a new customer I would get the reward card which made it worth coming away from BT

Hi Moderators,
I contacted customer service regarding the reward card I am owed for my signup in March. The agent informed me l am "not entitled" to it.
I want to clarify that I signed up directly on the Plusnet website and did not use any third-party comparison or cashback sites.
The promotional reward card was clearly advertised on the page when I placed my order.
It appears the promotion failed to automatically tag onto my account during checkout due to a system error. Could a moderator please look into my order history from March, verify the active direct website promotion at that time, and manually escalate this to the operations team to honor the voucher?

We Moderators are volunteer forum members, not Plusnet staff. The only Plusnet staff who respond are members of the Help Team such as @Rach_H 

If you are not satisfied with her answer I can only suggest that you raise a complaint. You will find a link to the Complaints Code of Practice at the bottom of each forum page.

I have a smidgen of idea that as you were previously with BT Retail, @EG2 , you are not eligible for any 'reward' as Plusnet are a BT brand, and I seem to recall a similar situation to yours, which said something to the effect that inter-group transfers are not eligible for rewards.

I may be wrong, so don't bite my head off if I am.
