£145 reward card

Hi,

Can someone please help. I originally signed up to Plusnet via uSwitch and a £145 Plusnet Reward card was part of the deal. However. I've not received any communications regarding this card and no card has been sent to my address. There was a delay in the initial setup as new cabling had to be installed but haven't received any correspondence since.

What date did your broadband get connected? Have you checked your junk/spam folders for an email to claim the reward card?

It was connected on 22/12/25 but had originally signed up in October. I'm a bit cautious about opening unsolicited emails as I was expecting contact from Plusnet then thought maybe it would be sent by post instead.

It looks like your Reward Card has now timed out, as you needed to accept this in the email that was sent within 3 months @Mharpur7.
