Apologies for any inconvenience. We're aware that some Plusnet Mobile customers were experiencing an issue using their services yesterday. This issue has now been resolved, if you're still having problems please let us know.

Replacement sim card arrived today.Phone and text message sending now fully functional (no errors!) Thanks to Paul at the Plusnet helpdesk for sorting this out.

Sorry I meant Phil! Spoken to so many people at the help desk I have lost track! So if anyone else is having the same issue ask for a replacement sim card from Plusnet and have the new sim registered to the same phone number by Plusnet!

Hi Harry,
Thanks for your message, the phone is still unable to send messages. it has now been over 2 weeks. i have tried to re-select the network a few times and restarted the phone multiple times but to no avail. Please help.

Click restore
If it doesn't say something like
+447870002308
(there may be extra "" and ,nnn)
type in as above
