I've now had no data from Plusnet since the begining of June and still getting nowhere.

Tried new sim, changing phone settings etc to no avail. I was told last week that someone 

will look into this again and get back within 5 days. I called them today to be told the guy 

dealing with the issue is on holiday. Then I was told I'd need to submit 3 examples of data not 

working but i wasn't given an email address to send the screen shots to does anyone have this 

email address please? getting fed up with this now...
