Getting call dropouts on my E6 Plus.. have spoken to Lenovo who have advised turning off VoLTE and VoWIFI but when I do via *'#4636#*#* the phone turns them back on again.

Any one help please?

Probably of no help, but have you tried changing the preferred network type in settings?

Plusnet mobile does not support VoWIFI or VoLTE.
If the EE 3G or 2G signal is weak it may be the cause of the dropouts.
