Not quite sure where to get help, my old sim card has been cut off my service is now "live" with plusnet but theres no sim card in sight, meaning I have no way to contact them (I live alone don't have a landline) and there online talk is not working...any advice?

-Full Name and if you're the account holder
-Last 2 digits of sort code and account number
-Date of birth
