Wrong Tariff Plan

I went online account to downgrade from 20GB data @ £21.00 a month with unlimited calls and texts to 6GB data @ £10.00 a month with unlimited calls and texts take affect from 30 August 2019. Both on 30 days rolling no contract but got email with wrong year 2018 and date 30th November and wrong tarritt with wrong amount £8.00 for 5GB data, unlimited calls & texts with 30 days but this is wrong one, shoukd be 6GB data, unlimited calls & texts with 30 days for £10.00 a month.

here is screenshot of today tariff plan via online account as I choose downgrade to 6GB data plan @ £10.00 a month with 30 days. I have PM u.
